Who owns the website once the website design is completed?
The website fully belongs to you. We will send you a copy by email.
You can keep this copy for any modifications or changes you may want
another web designer to do. If you ever choose another hosting company,
you will have the permission to use this copy.

No, you can have your site hosted however or wherever you want
