Design 4you (web-design-cheap.com) - Web Design Terms of Service and Policies
Design 4you - requires that before any work commences on your website
or consulting project, You must read and accept these terms of service
("Terms of Service"). You will acknowledge agreement prior to your initial
payment and with each additional payment.
Design 4you - is internet website Design Company providing graphic design,
web design. Customer ("you"," client", "customer") seeks to engage
Design 4you for graphic design, website design.
THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises herein, the parties
intending to be legally bound agree as follows: Communication with Clients
Design 4you staff work from home offices, and therefore do not meet
face to face with clients. All communication with clients is typically done
via phone, email, or skype.
Initial Payment for Design Project Until Design 4you do not receive initial
payment, Design 4you don't start the project. Once initial payment is received,
Design 4 you the client is put into the work queue.
Refund Policy
All payments to Design 4you are non-refundable after payment
How the queue works
When a full payment is received from a new client, the client is put at the end of the
queue as current projects are completed, Design 4you will go through the queue,
in order of date of payment received and check to see if clients are ready to start
the design phase. If they are not ready to start, Design 4you - will move to the
next client in the queue.
Communication Lags
In order to get your website finished in a timely manner and effectively manage
workload, it's important that you are able to respond to emails within a few days.
If we are unable to communicate with a client on a project for duration of at least
sixty days (60) by phone or email during the design and development process,
the project will be canceled without prior notice and no refund will be issued and
you may lose your position in the work queue.
Trademarks, Copyrights & Plagiarism
You warrant that you have the right to use the applicable trademarks on your website,
if any. You also warrant that any images you provide to Design 4you for use on your
website are not owned, copyrighted or trademarked by anyone else, and that if they
are, you have obtained appropriate permission. You also warrant that all text
content you provide to Design 4you for use on your website is original work.
Warranty
All website design work is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,
either expressed or implied. Neither Design 4you its employees, affiliates,
agents, third party information providers, merchant's licensers or the like,
warrant that Design 4you service will be error free; nor do they make any
warranty as to the results that may be obtained from having Design 4you
do website development or consulting work.
Search engines-such as Google-have their own proprietary algorithm for
ranking websites for particular keywords, it is impossible for Design 4you
to guarantee any particular ranking for your website. While Design 4you
strives to increase traffic to your website by following Google Quality Guidelines,
there are many factors beyond, Design 4you control that impact your website's
ranking and subsequent traffic. Therefore Design 4you do not guarantee
any particular search engine ranking or website traffic.
Limited Liability and Indemnification
In no event shall Design 4you be liable for any damages including, but not limited to,
direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out
of the use of or inability of clients to use their website. You expressly agree that use
of Design 4you services is at your sole risk and you will personally test and accept the
results of the services promptly after the completion of the services by Design 4you.
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Design 4you be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of
or inability to use your website; or that results from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation, or transmission or any failure of performance, whether or not limited to acts of God, communication failure, theft,
destruction or unauthorized access to your records, programs or services. You hereby acknowledge that this paragraph shall apply to all work done by Design 4you
Spam Policy
You don't have the right to use your email address that provide by Design 4you
in connection with the transmission of spam, flames, mail bombs, or substantially
similar, unsolicited email messages. When any customer is found to have been
engaged in spamming in violation of this agreement Design 4you Website Design
Company reserves the right to disable that customer's web site without warning.
In addition Design 4you Website Design Company may impose a $200 penalty
for each spam policy violation.
Acceptance
Please note that by submitting your payment for our services you are agreeing
to all of our terms of service as written here Design 4you reserve the right to
change or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not, under any circumstances, modify, publish, distribute, repost, perform,

Design 4you has the right to decline providing web services to anyone who is not
a good match. Design 4you also strives to improve the quality of the internet and
to this end, only works on websites for individuals and small/medium businesses

questions about the nature of your business. If Design 4you discovers something
objectionable about a project after a payment is accepted, from the payment will
deducted 20 percent (20%) and the rest of payment will be returned, and the
project will be terminated.
Practices that are in violation of these guidelines and policies are strictly forbidden
and may result in the immediate termination of Design 4you services Such decisions
are at the sole discretion of Design 4you, Unacceptable practices include,
but are not limited to:Adult or pornographic material including, but not limited to,
sexually explicit or suggestive material Sexually oriented products or services
(e.g. escort services), or other sexually oriented material Nudity, including airbrushing (exceptions granted on a case-by-case basis if for medical or artistic purposes)
Fetish websites
Lingerie websites
Offensive or otherwise distasteful material
Content or language that is harmful to minors in any way
Bulk emailing tools
Distribution of internet viruses or other harmful or destructive activities
Hacking and cracking
Scams or phishing for personal information
Solicitation of funds other than for legal charitable organization
(exceptions granted on a case-by-case basis at Design 4you discretion)
Gambling, gaming, lotteries, and like activities
Harmful, threatening, violent, abusive, harassing, tortuous, vulgar, obscene, libelous,
invasive of another's privacy, racial, chauvinistic, ethnically offensive, complaint websites,
or otherwise objectionable content or language
Defamatory, hateful or revenge content or language.
Aids to pass drug tests or aids to pass lie detector tests.
Illegal activities such as ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, fraudulent charging
of credit cards, copyright violations, plagiarism, software piracy,
and all unauthorized use of materials or content that infringes on third parties'
intellectual properties MLM without a legitimate product or service,
with a front product or service, or where the primary intent is to recruit
new members rather than to sell products

Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
Prescription drugs and related content
Alcohol sales
Tobacco sales

design services, updates, and WTD to third parties without a written
re-seller agreement.
Spamming and all other forms of unsolicited messages including,
but not limited to, spam, chain letters, and junk email
Links to other sites that are in violation of Design 4you policies and guidelines
Other activities, whether lawful or unlawful, that Design 4you deems to be in
poor taste or that reflect adversely on Design 4you or Design 4you other clients
Design 4you reserves the right to refuse to design or host an account at its sole
discretion at anytime. As an Design 4you Client, you agree to conduct your
business in a legal and professional manner. Client understands that all information,
data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, messages and other material (Content) on Client's website is the sole responsibility of the Client.
Design 4you has the right to Putting Link in The Footer and Adding Your Site To
Design 4you Portfolio If you, or another web developer you've hired, remove this link,
you are required to notify Design 4you, and your website will be removed from
Design 4you portfolio.
Your Privacy
We do not share or sell any of your details with third party companies,
without your express permission and we will only email you or contact
you about work related matters.
Age
You certify that you are at least 18 years of age
